Bark Louse Nymph - Stimulopalpus japonicus

Size: ~2mm
Tentatively identified as a bark louse nymph. Approximately 2 mm long, almost invisible. Found on a boardwalk railing in Lake Lotus Park, Altamonte Springs, FL.

a nymph of Stimulopalpus japonicus (Amphientomidae). Yours is the first Florida record on BugGuide.
