Looks like braconid but has 13 rather than 16+ antennal segments. Lighted on pant leg, wooded slope N of Ponkapoag Pond, Blue Hills Reservation. Larger image.

... antennal segments (all the basal ones are not clear). I agree it is a braconid, and am moving these images to that group.
