Yes; Cheilosia ... male.
Eyes bare, bristles on scutellum, hairs at posterior corner of tergite 3 are black, black pilose on thoracic dorsum and the colour and patterning on legs and shining parts on abdomen looks like Cheilosia shannoni... male. It is safe in Cheilosia....
