But you can visit collembola.org and look at the biodiversity in Dicyrtomina species. There are many examples.
One thing you have to keep in mind : American and European authors of Dicyrtomina do not agree in the species names. Dicyrtomina minuta of American authors is a complex of many different forms. In Europe 3 different species are described : D. ornata, saundersi and minuta. So the European minuta is not the same species as the American minuta... To combine the 2 different interpretations in one worldwide taxonomic system we map the 3 European species to forms of the American minuta. So what we call in Europe D. saundersi is called in America D. minuta forma saundersi. Extra complications are synonyms. In Europe specimens of couloni are considered a form of ornata. In America such specimens are called a form of minuta...

As a simple rule of thumb you can distinguish the 4 main colour forms of 'your' minuta as follows:
- anterior dorsal pigmentation absent : minuta
- anterior dorsal pigmentation present and butt patch in the shape of a kind of rectangle : ornata when the patch is connected to the dorsal pigmentation, couloni if they are not connected (as in your current specimen)
- anterior dorsal pigmentation present and butt patch in the shape of a Xmas tree : saundersi
