Uroleucon at least.
Looking at the Ambrosia key, the pale cauda could be U. ambrosiae or U. ivae and the pale areas of the legs separate them, but that's referring to apterous specimens. Alate specimens tend to be more sclerotized than apterous, the legs don't seem to fit the last couplet separating the two.

 
I added
photos of another individual from the batch (they are in ETOH now) but I never saw any without wings. (But I as looking for lep larvae.)

 
Alright, I think this makes sense then.
Apparently I'm having a hard time with reading. Couplet 9 has a note for the alata that says the hind tibiae are entirely dark in ambrosiae and in ivae they have a pale basal section, so this must be ambrosiae.
