Jenny Spinner
This appears to be a male Paraleptophlebia imago. Several of the later season species display the "Jenny Spinner" coloration in the males. Not sure which species this is.

Leptophlebiidae gen.sp. [best guess]
male imago -- would be nice having a close ventral view of genitalia
