Moved from Yellow-necked Caterpillar Moth.

These are not D. ministra. They may not be D. ranaeceps either but that is presently the best fit for this phenotype given a host plant of Lyonia

As for D. modesta simply not enough information exists to make a determination.

Either way I would encourage you to rear some next time you come across them.
