Chrismania pictipennalis
Pretty sure this is Chrismania pictipennalis. Note the differences in forewing pattern. Also, Chrismania is ~75% the size of Pogonogenys proximalis, and this one appears to be fairly small based on the appearance of the substrate in the photo.
