Yes, it is a Nomad Bee.
Also, why are the antennae a different color on the third picture? Is it the same individual?

I wondered about the antenna color too, but in the other two shots you can just see what appears to be a dividing line between light and dark color on the antenna, so perhaps the last shot just shows a different surface? In any event I don't recall two individuals.
