Something in Family Coleophoridae - Coleophora trifolii

Something in Family Coleophoridae - Coleophora trifolii
Pacific Heights Neighborhood , Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada
July 15, 2020
A colourful and shiny moth seen on the sound wall that runs the length of Pacific Heights from Atlantic Park to the Blairmore/Kensington Shopping area.

I initially posted on iNaturalist.org and suggestion there is Genus Coleophora. I am not so sure but think it belongs somewhere in the family Coleophoridae.
