I'm a believer - that this is Erythroneura prima. Submitted for confirmation or any better idea. On sheet with UV black light.

Erythroneura ziczac or Eratoneura ligata—I'll leave this one to Kyle

 
neither
ziczac has a bold black spot in the apical cells, which fiduciaria and prima lack. Giving the edge here to fiduciaria over prima.

Thanks again...
for the help you guys have put into these ID's. It's been an interesting season for me getting more into these leaf/plant/treehoppers, turning more attention to them when it kept getting harder to find new moths. Several of these leafhopper Tribes or Genus such as Erythroneurini, Scaphoideus, Osbornellus and several others remind me a lot in patterns and texture of Conidae Cone Shells.
