Same Gall, Different Result - male

Same Gall, Different Result - Male
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
December 10, 2020
Size: ~3mm
There was something weird about the base of the antennae in that there is a wide part to it. The apex of the antennae may also have a segment that's twice as long, but I can't tell from any of my photos.

I can tell it's a male because many have emerged since I took this picture, and the females have an elongated abdomen that sticks out past the apex of the wings.
