Gnaphosidae - Sergiolus? - Castianeira thalia

Gnaphosidae - Sergiolus? - Castianeira thalia
Arastradero Preserve, Santa Clara County, California, USA
June 20, 2008
Size: ~8 mm
This spider was crawling across a trail in a wooded area near a pond. Is this one of the Sergiolus sp. ground spiders? Or am I in the wrong family?

Hi guys
It bothers me that I see no spinnerets on this spider. It looks very similar to this one recently posted, which also shows no visible spinnerets. I'm wondering if it should be in the Corinnidae?

Hmm -
well maybe I'll move it back to Spiders then. It's not a great pic - so perhaps should ultimately be frassed. Lynette, if you're sure of the family, feel free to move there! Thanks!
