Out of curiosity, how do you get such excellent depth of field? Photo stacking? Settings?

Thank you Isaac!
Yes in this case: focus stacking using a microscope and diffusing the light by reflecting it on the inside walls of a Styrofoam cup. The settings will vary depending on so many factors (equipment, light, software, etc.) that all I can recommend is to go by trial and error. Not humblebragging, but I am not satisfied with my images yet.
For a discussion about how I take single shots of live specimens see my profile. Thanks,

Thank You!
I guess I need to keep experimenting.
