Size: ~1cm
Which Disonycha sp? There seems to be a lot of variation in this genus.
Found feeding on Coyote Willow (Salix exigua).

The host plant puts it in the
The host plant puts it in the D. alternata species group. It is either D. alternata or D. pluriligata var. pura as these are the only two species occurring in Arizona from that group.
