I saw this tiny thing moving along the surface of a leaf. Doesn't look like a springtail, at least any springtails I've ever seen. What is it?

Simply amazing.
What an image! I also wonder if this adult is freshly-eclosed from its final molt. Seems terribly pale otherwise....
