I think this might be a male Stilpnochlora couloniana.

Stilpnochlora couloniana has
Stilpnochlora couloniana has a thickened and curved hind tibia, is typically larger, has a different wing shape, and is more yellowish green, with dark markings. Greater angle wings have a completely straight top edge on the forewing, a straight hind tibia, and are usually pale green with whitish markings.
