One of these (not this particular one) hitchhiked inside and bit me on my ankle. Usually these spiders hang out under things in the yard (like the underside of my guinea pig hutch) Body size is a bit smaller than my little fingernail, and it is neither shiny like a widow, or fuzzy like a tarantula. Larger and lighter in color than the usual house spiders, and much more shy/inclined to hightail it when exposed.
