orange and black moth with white spots on wings - Thyris maculata

orange and black moth with white spots on wings - Thyris maculata
Canoe Creek WMA , Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
June 16, 2020
Size: ~9 mm
This moth matched up very well with examples of the spotted thyris (Thyris maculata) as I tried to identify it. I did notice that T. maculata has not been reported to BugGuide from Iowa before though, so I may be wrong in my tentative ID. I'd appreciate some expert help here.

Moved, Thyris maculata

Thyris maculata
Thanks so much for confirming that this colorful little moth is Thyris maculata, Aaron! I thought it might be, but I've been fooled by moths with close look-alikes before.
