European Earwig - Forficula auricularia - Male

Size: Maybe around 10 mm?
Size is a rough estimate from nose to tail, not counting pinchers. Came to the light at night. I always thought that these guys fed on decaying matter and such. This one was a killer. It doesn't seem to match European (too wide at the "neck"), but I have no real idea.

European earwig.
It is the European earwig, but may not be an adult yet. Getting close, though....Great shots.

I was stuck. I kept gettimg 12 antenna segments (may just be the image), and I thought that the first pronotum (or whatever the plate closest to the head is called - is the second one just part of the wing structure?) was too wide (may just be angle).
