Range
"Rhaphium is known from all realms except Australasia and Oceania and reaches its highest species number in the temperate and arctic areas of the Holarctic."(1)

"Many species emerge early in the season and are found in moist habitats such as humid woodlands, river banks, and pond margins."(1)
