Wrong bagworm genus?

This male bagworm moth was placed in Thyridopteryx, but the coloration is different from the only species in the genus in the guide. Instead, it seems to resemble Oiketicus toumeyi in both location and coloration. Are there other species of Thyridopteryx, is this an aberrant individual, or does it belong in Oiketicus?

There are additional spp. in the SW
Don't know the group at all though
