A male of Pristocera
It is a male of Pristocera species.
We can identify it from this picture: overall shape and characters of antenna, head, body, wing.

Hello Dr. Lim, I thought that Pristocera sensu stricto did not occur in North America. Do you mean Pristepyris/Pristocera sensu lato? Thank you for your identifications.
