Moving in line with revision of North American Bethylidae. Our species formerly included in Pristocera are now Pristepyris (formerly a subgenus of Pristocera).

A male of Pristocera
It is a male of Pristocera species.
We can identify it from this picture: overall shape and characters of antenna, head, body, wing.
