Postscutellum but keys to Muscidae?

Postscutellum but keys to Muscidae?
Sherman, Grayson County, Texas, USA
July 9, 2019
Caught in pan trap. Has a postscutellum that is well developed which makes me think it would be a Tachinid but due to an apparent lack of hypopleural bristling keys out to Musicdae. Do any muscids have a postcutelum? Am I misreading the bristles?
