I wonder if this small orange wasp may be in the Family Braconidae? I haven't found many braconid wasps in the field though so I'm not sure.

Thanks so much for narrowing this braconid wasp down to the subfamily Macrocentrinae, Jonathan. This is the first representative of Macrocentrinae that I've found.

Thanks for positively identifying this little orange wasp as being in the Braconidae family, Ken! It looked enough like some little ichneumon wasps that I saw that I couldn't be sure myself.
