You have found the winged morph of Dorypteryx domestica. This species is often found in basements. We, down south, don't have basements so we miss out on this one.

Thanks for the ID Diane! After finding the first couple I’ve started seeing them all over the place inside this fish farm. I posted it to INat and it looks to be the first observation in Canada on the app which is cool.
