Odonata updates

I just went through the Odonata list on the UPS site and compiled the small number of differences that have accumulated.

Enallagma cyathigerum is now E. annexum (new world/old world split)
E. vernale is recognized as distinct from annexum. It's controversial and only distinguishable under a microscope, so either ignore for now or make annexum a complex.

Coryphaeschna luteipennis is in genus Remartinia Navás, 1911

Stylogomphus albistylus is Eastern Least Clubtail, we don't have any sigmastylus (Interior Least) yet

Leucorrhinia proxima is now Belted Whiteface

Miathra marcella doesn't need the Greater

Sympetrum janae is recognized. Like with E. vernale, I'd either ignore or make S. internum a complex.

S. occidentale is merged with S. semicinctum as Band-winged Meadowhawk. There are several subspecies under what was Western Meadowhawk, which might make it harder to merge. Dunkle discusses a bit.

Gomphus lividus is under both subgenus Gomphus and Phanogomphus, it should be Phanogomphus

And other mostly minor tweaks:
Apanisagrion lais - should be Black-and-white not Black and white
Gomphus crassus needs Clubtail capitalized
Helocordulia selysii should be Selys' Sundragon

one more
Think between starting this in guide page improvements and then just editing it a month later, this is getting lost.

I also missed thesplit Enallagma coecum as an island species, making the Purple Bluet E. cardenium.
