Libellula vibrans? Female - Libellula vibrans - Female
Cavalier Wildlife Management Area, Chesapeake County, Virginia, USA
May 16, 2019

Moved from Dragonflies.

Great Blue Skimmer
Other great ID techniques besides the femora are the clean white sides to the thorax, white face, black frons, and bluesish tinge to the eyes. Great photo!
