Another victim of the ephemerality of the Internet
The Bohart Museum store appears to have taken their web store offline relatively recently. I don't know if it's temporary or permanent. Their new gift shop page only shows shipping options for tees and stickers through the UC Davis Entomology Grad Student Association. They don't list what books they have in stock. I would use their contact page to see if they're still selling the book and, if so, how.
