Forage Looper - Caenurgina erechtea

Forage Looper - Caenurgina erechtea
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
June 6, 2005
I'm guessing one of the owlet moths, but I couldn't find a match.

Caenurgina?
Perhaps a worn looper of genus Caenurgina.

I agree
after seeing a dozen or so of these washed-out ones in the past month. Image moved to genus page from Noctuid section.

Caenurgina erechtea
Caenurgina erechtea for sure
