Green Lacewing... possibly Chrysopodes? - Chrysopodes collaris

Green Lacewing... possibly Chrysopodes? - Chrysopodes collaris
New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, USA
February 5, 2021
I'm an amateur trying to learn to ID local lacewings so I could definitely be wrong on this, but I am hoping someone can confirm/deny if this is Chrysopodes collaris. The red facial markings and the fact that it looks like the first radial cross vein intersects the im cell of the forewing have me strongly leaning towards C. collaris but there aren't any observations in Louisiana so I don't want to jump to conclusions.

Moved
Moved from Green Lacewings.

That it is, with perfect rationale. This may truly be a first record for Louisiana, though it's not all too surprising to see it pop up there.

Moved to Chrysopidae for expert attention
Moved from ID Request.

Others will take the ID further.
