Celastrina
This is a Celastrina azure. I'm not sure if you can tell between Spring or Summer Azure without more knowledge of their flight times in your local area.

Some questionable help.
It's a very worn Blue - quite faded though wings are much intact. Chip out of the wing revealing brown color indicates female. That's as much as I can guess - good luck on this one!
