I misidentified this one!
This is P. citricola. "Body and appendages yellow except dark reddish brown band entire length of thorax above leg bases continuing foreward on neck, faintly on head behind and before eye to antennal base, lateral mesonotal lobes pale brown. Wings clear except faint brown spot through distal third of pterostigma and another in the areola postica; veins colorless except in basal half of forewing EXCEPT Rs and M before thier junction; veins in distal half of forewing brown (1).

Good morning Diane
I am continually amazed at how much detail you go to in the ID process.
Have a good day

Sam ...
As I explained in an email to you, I would love to use all 3 of these images in a book I'm writing about Psocoptera. If you do agree to let me use them, would you attach high resolution images in an email to me. Also include a comment giving me permission to use them in my book "Adventures in a Minor Order". I will, of course, credit you with the images.

These are nice images ...
but the color seems too much on the blue side. Keep up the good work!

Your are all powerful and ...
ever present. Somewhat God like. Ha Ha.

that's what i keep telling people
very few are convinced, tho.

You have added another species ...
to BugGuide! This is Pseudocaecilius tahitiensis. See species page for characters that distinguish it from P. citricola. You need to link your images.

Thanks Diane
I am excited, having them out there by themselves is fun. I also have a winged-fly out there. You are right about the blue, I was expecting better as I was taking the pictures. I did look at what distinguish it from P. citricola. The range is south Florida, I am on the north edge of that range. I am not sure what you mean by link them.
i think i like you Diane

When you submit more than one image ...
of a specimen you tag each one. They will appear in the box to the left. Then you click on "link". You gave my ego a boost.

I'm a little unclear, too...
...as these three images are already linked. Are there other pics that need to be linked to these.

Sorry .
since he asked about "linking" I thought they may have been "unlinked" in the beginning.
