On a
Prunus
leaf. There are dark and pale transverse bands on the apical half of the elytra.

I compared this specimen
with numerous
subcinctus
specimens in the University of Guelph collection, which it matches exactly. Move to species page?

I think this may be Agrilus s
I think this may be Agrilus subcincta. Not possitive on the id though.
Maybe Ted can put a name for sure on this one.
