Thanks for adding this shot. Not only does it show the three tails clearly, but it makes it a bit easier to see the oval hindwings that are characteristic of leptophlebids. I know that some
Paraleptophlebia
have these amber-tinted wings in the imago; perhaps someone who is more familiar with Western species could comment further.
