Cecidomyiidae, stem gall - Neolasioptera convolvuli
100 Acre Wood, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA

Size: 15+ mm
March 21, 2020: collected small stem gall on
May 14, 2020: found 6 tiny wasps, I must have missed their emergence as only 2 are alive.
