3 spp. in 2 genera (both in the Ceratocanthini) in our area, ~350 spp. in 40 genera of 3 tribes worldwide; Ceratocanthini is a worldwide tribe (the two small tribes are both neotropical)(1)
Range
pantropical (~50% of spp. in the Neotropics; none in Australia), with just 3 spp. ranging into NA(1)
