Found on Spanish Moss or perhaps on the Southern Live Oak where the Spanish Moss was growing. Was not able to collect this one but collected a similar looking Echmepteryx from the same patch of Spanish Moss.

After careful examination ...
this is Echmepteryx youngi! Based on: hind margin of vertex (viewed face on) slightly curved downward, parietal arched marks not enclosing a pale spot, no pigment line parallel to margin of compound eye.
