Moth - Panopoda repanda

Moth - Panopoda repanda
Liberty County, Texas, USA
March 19, 2021
Seems to bear some resemblance to Leaftier Moths, Acleris, but snout is too short and legs seem very different. I have spent hours on this one today and still don't have a starting Family.

Moved, Panopoda repanda
Moved from ID Request. This is considerably larger than any tortricid, at least in North America.

Panopoda
Thanks Aaron. Somehow Panopoda flew under my radar.

It looks like it might be an EREBIDAE. I've ID'd nearly 1000 moths for Liberty County, TX and have never seen this one. Please email me at stuart.marcus13@gmail.com so I can can more info on this interesting guy. Thanks
