Decarthron stigmosum
A male. The one species of the genus with short, trim setae gives it away, and then I noticed the ant when I scrolled down. It is also the only known myrmecophilous species of Decarthron in North America. Ant looks like maybe an Aphaenogaster. Ah, clicking on the photo I see that it is.
