Palpita - Palpita aenescentalis

Palpita - Palpita aenescentalis
Chelsea, Shelby County, Alabama, USA
March 24, 2021
Looked somewhat like Palpita magniferalis. But ground color was brown instead of white. Orbicular and discal spots looked different. Forewing was rimmed with a light gray border that contained fine random hash marks. Could this be Palpita arsaltealis?

Moved
Moved from Palpita.

Moved
Moved from Butterflies and Moths. These things are so variable that I am reluctant to place to species.
