We bought a fixer upper and I was removing bricks that were against the house. This beautiful spider was there but I couldn't see any red hoping it is not a black widow. Im

May I please have help with identification if possible? Will be removing the rest of the bricks and would like to be prepared. Also, if this is a black widow is it humane to relocate or if it advised to kill them. I hate killing spiders. Thank you!

I think I can see the red hourglass mark
on the underside of the abdomen -

That is what so interesting as you can see the abdomen but it was not red? But Maybe just a variance of the bright red color? And was labeled as that species too so as much as I was hoping it wasnt I guess it is :) Thank you!
