Size: body ~4mm, wing 3.8mm
apex of right hind tibia. anterior to the right. lateral view is of the outside/anterior face of the tibia
I don't see anything that looks like the "rudimentary" tibial comb that's supposed to be on T. neopunctipennis. Roback's Table 10 indicates that the comb is missing from the 3 western species and is "+/-" for the other southern species (T. clavatus).
