Durham moth 3 - Antaeotricha

Durham moth 3 - Antaeotricha
University of New Hampshire, Durham, New Hampshire, USA
June 25, 2008
Size: about 1 cm
Found while making my nightly campus rounds. I've become well known by the campus security police. XD
Nothing bad ever happens, they just pull up to make sure it's me & we both go on our separate ways. :D

Moved
Moved from Moths.

here's a similar moth of mine
here's a similar moth of mine

I suspect mine is either 1011 -- Schlaeger's Fruitworm Moth -- Antaeotricha schlaegeri
Or 1014 -- Pale Gray Birddropping Moth -- Antaeotricha leucillana

I think yours is 1014, Pale Gray, b/c yours is definitely pale--

which then leaves me thinking mine is 1011 b/c it's so much more clearly marked. But, I've not gotten feedback on my photos, so all my ramblings here are tentative.

Genus
Well, at least we know they're both in the same genus... :)
