You did everything correctly, but you have to remember to check the Age Boxes for every submission. This adult moth is a male, since the females are wingless.
Cocoon = Immature
Fully developed = Adult

I shot this caterpillar back in 03/15/21, it is the correct caterpillar but not caterpillar responsible for this cocoon.

Wingless freemale, I had to see a picture. It was an excellent photo. I thought about the age boxes but my memory is iffy.
