Nemotelus nigrinus - Nemotelus bruesii - Male

Eyes indicate male. However, there is no white. The description for the genus on the info page says males have white. So I posted to diptera.info and got a quick identification of Nemotelus nigrinus. There isn't a node for that species yet on bugguide.
