note carina of T1 bordered by hair and also apex of metasoma (see Mitchell, 1962, Fig. 66)

Perhaps Coelioxys, Cuckoo Leafcutting Bee. Very pointy abdomen. I'm crossing my fingers on this one.

I agree.
Definitely a species of Coelioxys. Right family, though:-) It is a male, as evidenced by the teeth on the tip abdomen.
