blue orchard bee (Osmia lignaria) - Osmia subfasciata
Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee, USA
April 20, 2021
Size: smaller than a honeybee

I think it might be a blue orchard bee (Osmia lignaria), but I am not sure and would appreciate a confirmation. It was about 70 deg F and the wind was 5-7 mph. The cloud cover was about 25%. Thanks so much, John, for the
Thanks so much, John, for the ID! I figured it was Osmia, but wondered about the color. This clears it up.
