The agromyzid is the leafroller! There were two puparia in the bottom of the vial. I unrolled each of the five rolled leaves, and each roll was caused by a leaf mine (all now empty); no other insects involved. One of the extra leaves you collected has an
Agromyza
larva making a lower-surface mine; all of the mines in the leaf rolls are full-depth at this point (I can't tell what side they started on) but it may be the same thing. I'll isolate it just in case. Definitely collect any others you see, though I have a feeling this is another species where you just get one chance each year.

One thing I should say--in on
One thing I should say--in one of the vials that I sent in the first package I sent--thinking that the puparium was "contamination", I moved one puparium from SA1962 into SA1954... I hope it looks different! I am sorry about that. It was only one puparium--to avoid "contamination" I ended up contaminating...

Good to know
One does look slightly smaller, but I'd better just leave it as is and make a note on the vial lid.
