Interesting, beautiful shot of claw
at high resolution. Done through a microscope? If so, what was the original magnification power -- before any subsequent magnification of the image?

Photographic Setup
The image is optically magnified 30X - subject to sensor, using 10 mm focal length "infinity-corrected" microscope objective mounted in front of 300 mm f/4 prime telephoto lens. 206 individual images focus stacked using Zerene Stacker software. Image captured by EOS R camera (full frame 30 megapixel sensor). Microscope not used. In microscope parlance the telephoto lens, focused at infinity, serves as the "tube lens".
